As part of our commitment to supporting you well, we ask a few short questions relating to your experiences of the Application Journey so far and the support being offered for your support needs at this time..
Your responses are used in discussion with your Freedom Journey team member as part of check in calls or in planning your support. A copy of your responses is sent to your email once you have completed the survey and your Freedom Journey team member also has access to these.
We also rely on this information to help us continue offering meaningful support and to demonstrate our impact to potential funders — enabling us to keep this work going and reach more people in need.
The survey is sent to you at different intervals of the Freedom Journey process and takes between 5-10 minutes to complete.
