The HR Coordinator will work alongside the Director of People and Support, to help administer the effective delivery of HR and staff development activities across Mercy UK, creating a great employee experience which reflects the Mercy UK’s values and culture, and supporting employees through their career and in their interactions with HR. Activities include recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing and on-boarding. HR reporting and process administration, staff engagement functions, changes to employment status such as hours, job role etc, dealing with HR queries including annual leave, flexible working, maternity and paternity etc. and the support with HR project coordination.
Please note: The role carries an Occupational Requirement on the grounds of religion and belief in keeping with current guidance. The postholder must be able to demonstrate a Christian belief and value system, in line with Mercy UK’s statement of faith, ethical framework and core competency statement.
