The Programme Assistant is responsible for supporting and assisting the Mercy UK residential programme in specific elements regarding resident care and programme operations, ensuring that these aspects of the programme are delivered with excellence and integrity.

Hours:  37.5 hours per week
Salary: £17,160 per annum

The Corporate Services Assistant (FOH) serves Mercy UK as the first point of contact for visitors, telephone and email enquiries to the organisation whilst also providing assistance to the Corporate Services Manager and the department responsible for the areas of Human Resources, IT, Maintenance, the site along with Health & Safety.

Pastoral Support Workers are empowered to bring support and encouragement to the vulnerable women in the Mercy UK Christian residential support programme during nights and weekends. The teamwork on a rota-basis and are responsible for engaging and supporting the residents in the process of improving their well-being and sense of self-esteem by cultivating a fun and secure home environment.

Hours:  17 hours per week minimum
Hours will be worked following a rota which is sent out monthly in advance
Salary: £17,160 per annum (based on FTE 40 hours)
£8.25 per hour during waking hours plus £20 on call sleepover rate per shift worked (from 1st January 2018 £8.45 per hour)
Start date: to be agreed after training period
